I had a dream last night where I was at a museum and learned that prior to winning the Civil War and all that, Abraham Lincoln was widely known as the owner of the world largest collection of fake mustaches. In the dream I thought that didn't sound like it could possibly be true, but I looked it up in dream-wikipedia and there it was.
This morning I woke up and checked real-life wikipedia and it does not appear to be true at all. I can't find a single reference on the internet to Lincoln's fake mustache collection. To be honest I can't find any evidence that anyone collects fake mustaches. So if you are one of those people who's been thinking to themselves, "I wanna have the worlds largest collection of something, but what should it be?" then maybe you should consider fake mustaches. Looks like if you owned a dozen or so you'd be in the upper echelons of the fake-mustache collecting community. |
